We suggest you advertise your properties as "No Deposit Required" or "Assisted Deposit Offered", so that future tenants are aware that your agency offers this service. Please also ensure that your negotiators are familiar with how this works (ask them to have a look at the tenants page on our website) so that they can explain and answer any questions your future tenants may have.
To aid customer awareness to the fact that you offer Rental Deposits please download our marketing logo, to upload to the homepage of your website, which identifies that you offer Rental Deposits, Tenancy Deposit Payments.
