In exchange for you paying a fee to us (25% of the required deposit) we will pay your deposit in full to your landlord or agent, the deposit remains our property during the tenancy- AT THE END OF THE TENANCY THE FULL DEPOSIT PAID BY US IS RETURNED TO US NOT YOU

HOW TO PROCEED
1) Register For FREE. This 5 second process will give you your unique Rental Deposits membership number
2) Go to look at potential apartments sourced INDEPENDENTLY by yourselves though private landlords or estate agents.
3) If you like the property simply negotiate the tenancy with the landlord/agent, and secure the property.
4) Immediately complete our online application so we can contact the agent to arrange payment for you
5) Provide the landlord with the references he requires.
6) Provide us with the references we require along with the premium for providing the deposit for you.
7) Sign the AST with the landlord and pay the first months rent direct to him, collect the keys and move in. Send us a copy of the completed inventory. |
